User Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to delete your personal information from Gexa Cloud – RABT, please follow the steps below.
Option 1
Send an email to:
support@yourdomain.com
Include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your company name
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
Option 2
If available, log in to your account and navigate to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Once your request is verified:
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Connected Meta and WhatsApp information stored by our platform will be removed.
- Some information may be retained where required by law.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
